Field project · substantial scope & cost

Yard-to-Loop

A conversion instrument for the yard—not a toy kit.

Built under a philosophy on life: make the death-to-life breathe measurable on real land—intake, convert, output, residual—so intelligence and craft expand without hidden extinction cost.

Peer level to Hive King in seriousness (budget, sectors, proof). Hive King remains starship-class apiary R&D; Yard-to-Loop is the yard’s field instrument.

What it is

Core idea

Contained conversion for the yard

A conversion path for yard biomass / insect loops (attract or colony modes, process chamber, two honest outputs). Designed so a household or student team can measure the land-per-life cost of what they grow and convert.

Not a kit-in-a-box only

Field instrument stature

Modules, sensors, safety, sector placement, and multi-week DMAIC are part of the project. Education seats may join as apprentices; the project itself is costed and engineered as a real product path.

Method (non-negotiable)

Road (quiet order)

  1. 1Lock site sector overlay + refused placements for a real yard
  2. 2MVP module set: intake · process · two outputs · measure points
  3. 3Phase-1 data sheet: breathe metrics over weather, not only bench day
  4. 4Student / partner evidence pack (video + graphics under Education Exchange rubric)
  5. 5Manufacture/assemble path only after measures survive real sectors

Next step

Serious partners and education seats welcome. Cost, sectors, and proof stay in the open—no peace-as-SKU theater.
