What it is
Core idea
Contained conversion for the yard
A conversion path for yard biomass / insect loops (attract or colony modes, process chamber, two honest outputs). Designed so a household or student team can measure the land-per-life cost of what they grow and convert.
Not a kit-in-a-box only
Field instrument stature
Modules, sensors, safety, sector placement, and multi-week DMAIC are part of the project. Education seats may join as apprentices; the project itself is costed and engineered as a real product path.
Method (non-negotiable)
- Philosophy first — why this conversion serves life under stewardship.
- Sector overlays — sun, water, wind, access, neighbor risk, legal before BOM (define).
- DMAIC — define → measure breathe → analyze sector failures → improve → control pack (full).
- Twin extremes — community-dense automation vs farmer deep practice; middle is elsewhere (why).
- Refused lists — no storm-drain fantasy; no human-food claims from uncontrolled residual (control on marketing).
Road (quiet order)
- 1Lock site sector overlay + refused placements for a real yard
- 2MVP module set: intake · process · two outputs · measure points
- 3Phase-1 data sheet: breathe metrics over weather, not only bench day
- 4Student / partner evidence pack (video + graphics under Education Exchange rubric)
- 5Manufacture/assemble path only after measures survive real sectors
Next step
Serious partners and education seats welcome. Cost, sectors, and proof stay in the open—no peace-as-SKU theater.
