Core idea
A conversion instrument for residual organic streams that refuses industrial anonymity: intention, limit, measurement, and honest residual—not “away” down a drain.
Substantial project
Enclosures, seals, process stages, sensors, and control packs are real BOM and real labor. Education partners may apprentice; the project is not reduced to a classroom handout.
Refused lists (control on marketing)
- No storm-drain or “it just goes away” claims
- No human-food claims from uncontrolled residual
- No scale-up until measures survive real sectors (weather, odor, access, legal)
- No hiding residual mass or energy cost in the story

Method
Philosophy → sector overlays → DMAIC → twin extremes deploy paths. Sector failures (splash, odor path to neighbor) are first-class failures—not “later.”
Road (quiet order)
- Define residual class + legal/access map + absolute refusals
- MVP process train with seal / odor / mass balance measure points
- Phase-1 field log under weather and household practice
- Partner / education evidence only after Phase-1 honesty holds
- Manufacture path only when control pack is teachable and repeatable
